Loan are a loan
program that gives you control of your home
loan and can be highly effective to your
financial situation. This home loan offers the
lowest possible payments of all the loans
available in the market and allows you to pick a
payment amount that is best for you. You can
either pay the minimum amount to keep a cash
flow, or make a larger payment for faster equity
build-up.
The minimum payment is fixed
for each year for the next 5 years, Each year
the payment slightly increase 7.5% of the
payment ( Example: your payment is $1000 a
month, its only increase is $75 per year)

Option Arm Loan, or Pick-a-Payment allows you to
choose from four different monthly payment
options:: : the minimum payment (available
during the first five year of the loan ), the
interest-only payment; the fully amortized
payment; and the 15-year payment. The fully
index rate of this mortgage adjusts monthly
based on the market index plus the margin.
